Why do I get the error 'There was a problem communicating with the Symantec.cloud server: Connection Refused'?

The most likely cause of this error is that your proxy server is refusing the connection. In the Settings->Symantec.cloud page ensure that the port corresponds to the port used by your proxy server.
Some common proxy ports are:
Squid: 3128
Microsoft ISA server: 8080
Microsoft Proxy Server: 80
These are the defaults for the above proxy servers but they may be changed by your system administrator.
