Schemus displays the error:
Can't access the Symantec.cloud service.
There was a problem communicating with the Symantec.cloud server: SSLE Unrecognised SSL message, plaintext connection?
This message is displayed by Schemus if it receives an unexpected response whilst setting up the secure connection to the Symantec.cloud server. This may happen if the proxy server sends error responses in plaintext when Schemus is expecting enciphered text.
Possible causes are as follows:
The Symantec.cloud URL is incorrect.
A network problem is preventing your proxy server from connecting to the Symantec.cloud server.
Your proxy is refusing the connection.
